For listing agents

Market a listing the way you would if you had a week.
In about ninety seconds, for $75.

You bring the address, the facts you have verified and the photos. You get the MLS description, the captions, the email, the flyer, the graphics and a public listing page, all of it written from your own record and published under your own name and brokerage.

One payment. No subscription. No account needed to look.

01 / What you provide

Three things, and one of them is your judgment.

The kit is only as accurate as the record it is written from, which is why you supply the record. Nothing is inferred to fill a gap.

01

The facts you have verified

Address, price, bedrooms, baths, square footage, year built, and whatever else your listing record actually says. Leave a field blank if you have not verified it and nothing is written about it. No guessed square footage, no guessed year built, no guessed school district.

02

Your listing photos

Upload the shoot. Photos are ranked for a hero image and read for what each room is, so the flyer, the graphics and the reel all draw from the same set rather than a stock library.

03

Your review before anything ships

Every deliverable comes back as a draft in your own words to keep or change. You approve the MLS description, every caption, the email and the flyer text. Editing is never metered.

02 / What you receive

One purchase, the whole launch.

Everything below comes from the single $75 purchase and is yours to edit before you use any of it.

MLS listing description

Written only from the facts you entered, in a standard or a detailed length, with word count and reading grade shown.

Eight social captions and a hashtag set

Tuned per platform for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business and Threads, with a hashtag set you can rotate.

A database email

Subject, preheader and body, with your brokerage address and an unsubscribe footer already in place.

A print-ready flyer PDF

Composed in your choice of template style, plus an unbranded copy for boards that bar agent branding on MLS documents.

Social graphics

Sized for the feeds above, carrying the Equal Housing mark and the same facts as the rest of the kit.

A public listing page with a QR code

A shareable page with the gallery and your contact card. You can set an expiry or a password, and you can revoke it.

A marketability scorecard and a launch plan

How marketable the listing reads from your own photos and facts, and the day by day posting plan the kit is built to execute.

Everything under your name and brokerage

KitClosed never appears on your flyer, your listing page or your graphics. The exported PDF names your brokerage as the producer.

A pre listing pitch deck is a separate product rather than part of the kit, and it is not on sale yet.

03 / What costs extra

The kit is the price. Credits are the extras.

Your $75 includes one kit and 10 AI credits. The kit itself never costs credits. Credits only pay for work that runs an extra AI pass after the kit exists, and you are asked before any of them are spent. If you run out, 100 more are $15.

ActionCost
Listing video reel, first render2 credits
Cinematic video reel, first render50 credits
AI photo edit, or a print upscale of one photo1 credit
Rewriting one description or one caption1 credit
A designed flyer or social post from a prompt1 credit
Regenerating the whole kit, first two timesIncluded
Regenerating the whole kit after that6 credits
Editing any text or swapping any photo yourselfNever metered

The cinematic reel is the one genuinely expensive thing in the product, which is why it is priced where it is. The standard listing reel at 2 credits is inside what the purchase already gives you.

04 / What happens after you pay

Four steps, in this order.

01

You pay once, $75

A single card payment on a hosted checkout page. Nothing renews, so there is no subscription to cancel and no plan to choose.

02

Then you make the account

You do not need an account to buy. On the screen after payment you create one, or sign in to the one you have, and the purchase attaches to it.

03

One kit credit and 10 AI credits land on your account

The kit credit generates one complete kit. The 10 AI credits sit there until you spend them on one of the extras above. A listing reel takes 2 of them.

04

You enter the listing and the kit is built

Set your headshot, logo, license and brokerage once in your profile and every kit inherits them. Then enter the listing, upload the photos, and the whole set of drafts comes back in about ninety seconds.

05 / The controls

Careful is the whole point.

Your license is on the marketing, so here is exactly what the product does and what it does not claim to do.

The facts come from your record, not from a model

The writing is built from the fields you filled in. A blank field is treated as unverified and is left out rather than filled in with something plausible.

Fair Housing screening runs on the server before a supported export

The screen is not a suggestion in the interface that you can click past. It runs server side, and it stops a supported export and names what needs review. It reduces the chance of a violation reaching a buyer. It does not remove your obligation to read what you publish.

AI image work is labeled in the image

When a photo is edited with AI, the disclosure is rendered into the picture itself rather than sitting in a caption that travels separately. A renovation what if is labeled as a proposal, not as the current condition.

You review and approve before anything is published

Nothing publishes itself. The kit produces drafts, you read them, and you decide what ships. That review is a required step, not a courtesy.

Read the longer version on the Fair Housing page, including the limits, or run a listing description you already wrote through the free check without signing up for anything.

Try it on one real listing.

One listing, one payment, on your own branding. If you would rather see the finished article before you spend anything, the sample kits are open and ask for nothing.

One-time $75. Grants one kit credit and 10 AI credits. Nothing renews. Your purchase is governed by our Terms of Service.
