One listing, everything it needs

Every one of these is a real render.

One kit for 1609 Hampton Court, Safety Harbor, FL 34695, generated in a single pass from the facts in the listing record. Nothing below is a mock-up or a stock template.

Six registers of the same listing. Every one carries the brokerage line, the license, and the Equal Housing mark, because the compliance band is part of the render rather than a setting.

What the kit noticed about this house

“The listing record says 2 garage spaces, but no photo in the set shows inside the garage.”

It said that because the record claims two garage spaces and no photo in the set shows one. A gap it can name is a gap you can go shoot.

What it refuses to write

Perfect for families, in a safe neighborhood near top-rated schools.

“Perfect for families” says who the home is for, and familial status is a protected class. “Safe neighborhood” characterizes the people there rather than the property.

Five bedrooms and five baths across four levels, in the Pinellas County Schools district.

What ships instead

Fact-locking

Price, status, and identity are typed from the listing record you verified, not written by a model.

Fair Housing screening

A screen that blocks, not one that suggests. It runs server-side before a supported export is produced, and a flagged issue stops that export and names what needs review.

AI labels in the image

The disclosure is rendered into the pixels of the AI-touched image, not laid over it in the interface, so it travels with the file.

Your attestation

Nothing reaches a buyer-facing surface until you confirm the details are accurate, reviewed, and yours to publish. The tool drafts. You fire.

None of this makes a mistake impossible, which is why you review it.

Pricing

You pay per listing. Not per month.

Every kit is the same kit. There is no cheaper tier that screens less carefully or writes less well, and no subscription is required for any of the above.

You pay per listing, not per month. Nothing here renews, so a season with no listings costs nothing.

Kits themselves never cost credits, and editing is never metered. Credits pay only for the extras: a listing video reel is 2, the cinematic reel is 50, an AI photo edit is 1, and a full regeneration of the kit is free twice and then 6. A single kit comes with 10 credits, the Launch Pack with 100, and 100 more are $15 whenever you want them.

A note from the founder

Aaron Crowley

A note from the founder

This year a house I owned for years went back on the market. The new listing said "Prepare to be captivated." I lived there, and I couldn't find one fact in it a buyer could check.

Not the two Bosch dishwashers, not the theater room, none of what actually sells that house. So I ran the same listing through KitClosed with the real details, and every line that came back was checkable. Only one of those two versions survives a buyer's questions.

That is why KitClosed types the facts from your listing record, runs the Fair Housing screen server-side before a supported export, renders the AI disclosure into the image itself, and waits for you to approve before anything ships. None of that makes a mistake impossible. If your license is on the line, the tool should be the careful one in the room. Try it on one real listing, seventy-five dollars, no subscription. Everything you make is yours either way.

Straight answers

The questions on your license

How do purchases, billing, and cancel work?

A single listing kit is $75, paid once. It grants one kit credit and 10 AI credits. Ten kits are $650 with 100 credits, valid for 12 months. Nothing renews, so there is no subscription and nothing to cancel. Credits pay only for extras: a listing reel is 2, the cinematic reel is 50, an AI photo edit is 1, and a full regeneration is free twice and then 6. Editing what you already have is never metered, and 100 more credits are $15.

Do I own what KitClosed makes?

Yes. Every asset publishes under your name and brokerage. KitClosed never appears on your flyers, listing pages, videos, or decks. The PDF metadata even lists your brokerage as producer.

What if I haven't verified a fact?

Leave it blank. A blank field means "not verified," and the generator has no value to write from, so it leaves the claim out rather than guessing at square footage, year built, or a school district.

Is it actually compliant, or just "compliance aware"?

The Fair Housing screen runs server-side and blocks. During generation, a safeguard may remove a flagged sentence before a draft is delivered. Once a draft exists nothing is silently edited: a blocking issue stops the output and names what needs review instead of quietly changing your deliverable.

Will buyers know an image was AI-touched?

Yes. The disclosure is rendered into the pixels of the AI-touched image rather than laid over it in the interface, so it travels with the file. Enhancements stay within the home's real structure, and a renovation what-if is labeled as a proposal rather than the current condition.

Is every asset editable?

Yes. Everything comes back as a draft you can edit inline before it ships: the MLS copy, every caption, the email, the flyer text. You approve every word.
